Refund Policy

Learning With Healing aims to maintain a fair and transparent refund policy for all educational and wellness services.

1. DEMO SESSIONS

Introductory demo sessions may be offered to help families understand our approach before enrolling in full programs.
Demo sessions are intended as introductory experiences.

2. PROGRAM ENROLLMENT

Enrollment in paid programs secures the student’s place in scheduled sessions and program resources.
Refund requests may be considered if submitted within a reasonable time after payment and before substantial participation in the program.

3. MISSED SESSIONS

If a student misses a scheduled session due to personal reasons, rescheduling options may be provided depending on availability.

4. REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
